Job summary

B&H Worldwide is seeking a Warehouse Administrator in Singapore to ensure accurate stock records and smooth documentation flow. You will coordinate between warehouse, operations, suppliers, and transport partners, handling enquires and updates on receipting/despatching inventory.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, data entry precision, and strong communication with customers and internal teams. The pattern is Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday shifts, offering opportunities for

Qualifications

• This role requires strong data entry and administrative accuracy.
• Experience with inventory control and warehouse documentation is essential.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office is required.
• Diploma or higher in Logistics or related field.
• Experience in freight-forwarding or aerospace logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Process Goods In / Goods Out documentation and verify deliveries against ASN and delivery notes.
• Generate pick lists, shipment paperwork and labels; liaise with suppliers and transporters.
• Support stock movements reconciliation and investigate discrepancies.
• Provide professional customer communications and update stakeholders on status.
