Job summary

Aviation Labour Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Logistics Specialist to support warehouse and logistics operations for a leading aerospace organisation.

This is a 2-year contract opportunity focused on spare parts handling, inventory management, freight coordination, and import/export documentation. The role requires handling receipts and dispatch, maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating shipments with freight forwarders, and ensuring compliance with DGR.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: GCE O/N Level or equivalent qualification.
• 1.5+ years in logistics, warehouse ops or inventory management; aerospace experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP, Ramco or other ERP/WMS systems; knowledge of DGR is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Handle receipts, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of spare parts.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
• Coordinate outbound shipments; liaise with freight forwarders for on-time deliveries.
