Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to ensure accurate processing of incoming receipts and orderly storage of spare parts. The role covers packing for shipment to consignees and maintaining correct inventory records.

You will coordinate with freight forwarders, prepare shipping documents, and uphold safety standards for dangerous goods where applicable. The position requires a diploma and at least three years of relevant experience in aerospace warehousing.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in any discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience in forklift, preferably from aerospace.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming receipts to ensure spare parts are stored properly and outgoing shipments are packed for delivery.
• Maintain accuracy of stocking, picking and packing of spare parts.
• Conduct cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and ensure stock transfers are properly recorded.
• Record IATA/ICAO UN numbers for dangerous goods to enable air, land and sea shipments.
• Coordinate with CSS and other functions to expediting shipments to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain relationships with freight forwarders to facilitate smooth spares shipments.
• Process imports/exports daily to support accounts receivable records.
• Maintain certification for dangerous goods regulations (IATA/ICAO) for customer needs.
• Be aware of customer-specific requirements to ensure timely deliveries.
• Keep warehouse neat to support daily operations.
• Provide training to temporary staff on picking and stocking duties.
• Release packing lists through CO-OP system with accurate ship authorizations.
