Job summary

AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Shipping Assistant to support the aerospace parts shipping workflow. The role involves verifying part numbers, descriptions, and quantities, updating inspection records, and handling shipping documentation in a structured environment.

The position emphasizes attention to detail and timely data entry, with training provided and an opportunity to grow within the aerospace sector at Loyang, Singapore.

Qualifications

• SAP and/or shipping experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with shipping-related activities and verification of aerospace parts.
• Check item descriptions, part numbers and quantities against relevant checklists and specifications.
• Ensure item details and inspection records are accurately updated in the system.
• Assist with shipping documentation, data entry and related record-keeping.
• Identify and report discrepancies, incorrect items or quality issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure the work area is clean and organized.
