StandardAero in Singapore is seeking the Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations for the CES site, focusing on employee relations, talent management and regulatory compliance. This role partners with site leadership to drive safety, quality and business performance.

You will manage workforce planning, recruitment, payroll, and HR data integrity, while maintaining confidentiality and adherence to aerospace standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, supporting operations or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and HR best practices.
• Experience in regulated aerospace/manufacturing environments.

Responsabilités

• Advise site leadership on workforce strategy and design.
• Translate business objectives into HR initiatives that boost productivity.
• Partner with Corporate HR to deploy site-level programs.
• Oversee recruiting and work pass administration while ensuring compliance.
• Lead onboarding, performance management, and learning programs.
• Ensure confidentiality and align with aerospace regulatory requirements.
