RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced operations professional to manage end-to-end shop-floor processes in a manufacturing setting.

The role emphasizes Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement, with responsibility for guiding supervisors and production personnel to meet safety, quality, and throughput targets. Based in Singapore, the position requires a degree in engineering or related field and over five years of people-management experience in manufacturing or MRO,

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in engineering, manufacturing, or operations.
• Minimum 5 years of people-management experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or MRO; aerospace experience is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operational flow from disassembly through pre-kitting.
• Monitor WIP, production priorities, manpower and daily performance.
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks to improve throughput and turnaround time.
• Coordinate closely with Production, Engineering and Quality teams.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor productivity, quality, delivery, lead time and labour utilisation.
• Investigate operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Lead, coach and develop supervisors, team leaders and production personnel.
• Maintain strong shop-floor discipline, safety and operational standards.
