Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. is seeking a mid-level Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineer to provide day-to-day engineering support to the Loyang-based production line in Singapore.

You will investigate manufacturing, assembly and product-related issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive reliability, yield, and process improvements, while aligning with Lean Manufacturing and aerospace quality standards. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Mechanical, Aerospace or Manufacturing Engineering and 3–5

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day engineering support to production.
• Investigate manufacturing, assembly and product-related issues.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Drive product reliability, yield and process improvements.
• Support new product introduction, changes and qualification activities.
• Lead or support customer-return and product investigations.
• Maintain engineering and technical documentation.
• Support engineering changes and production documentation.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work with Production, Quality and Engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace quality and safety requirements.
