Job summary

ST Engineering in Singapore's East region seeks a Senior Manager, Sales & Marketing to sustain and grow existing aerospace engine MRO business, and to lead new business development in assigned territories.

You will coordinate service delivery, ensure timely payments, and support air shows and marketing campaigns.

Travel to customers and time-zone alignment are required; degree in aerospace/mechanical engineering, 3–5 years in engines MRO, and cost/quote handling skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in Aerospace / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in engines MRO industry.
• Knowledge in handling customer queries, quotation and costing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service and grow current business with existing customers in the assigned territories.
• Seek out new business opportunities with new customers in the assigned territories.
• Ensure timely delivery of services to and payment from customers.
• Resolve any service delivery related issues with customers. Support other marketing and sales related events such as air shows and marketing campaigns.
