Job summary

Keysight Singapore seeks a proactive Project Manager to lead customer solution engagements across RF, microwave, digital and software domains. You will coordinate pre-sales activities, align internal teams, and manage delivery with Keysight and third-party partners to ensure successful deployments.

You will build strong customer partnerships, drive risk mitigation, and report progress to executive leadership while navigating multi-project programs and travel to meet clients as needed.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of System Requirements definition (Hardware/Software) and RF/Wireless is advantageous.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing environments is helpful.
• Fluent in English; willing to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Keysight's customer solution engagements with multidisciplinary teams.
• Oversee relationships and resource allocation during project delivery.
• Coordinate multiple interrelated projects within a program.
• Drive delivery of RF, Microwave, Digital, and Software solutions to Aerospace and Defense customers.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to executive leadership.
• Ensure seamless integration and communication across project teams.
• Develop and execute risk mitigation and contingency plans.
• Write proposals and own the full Statement of Work process.
