Job summary

StarHub Ltd. seeks a hands-on Assistant Manager to own the technical build and performance of the StarHub.com website on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

You will lead authoring, component work, and page performance in close collaboration with Digital Business, Marketing, and IT teams. The role focuses on delivering optimized page experiences, supporting campaigns, and ensuring accessibility, SEO, and regulatory compliance before go-live.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager, in an authoring and development capacity.
• Prior experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred.
• Strong technical grounding in AEM components, templates, content fragments, DAM, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Co-own the evolution of the StarHub.com experience to support digital sales and brand experience.
• Build best-in-class templates, page structures, and user journeys aligned with strategic objectives.
• Analyse page-level data (traffic, bounce rate, conversion) to identify improvements.
• Translate business goals into page structure and CTAs that support conversion.
• Support A/B testing and personalisation initiatives and implement winning variants.
• Audit underperforming pages and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with Web Operations on campaign timelines and go-live dates.
• Flag technical risks and dependencies on planned launches.
