Job summary

StarHub is hiring an SEO Assistant Manager to own organic search and AI visibility across our web estate. This hands-on role will manage technical SEO during migrations, run a live content pipeline, and develop AI and GEO visibility strategies as search evolves.

You will be the primary SEO voice across product, engineering, and marketing, translating strategy into actionable requirements and results.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in SEO with direct ownership of technical SEO for high-traffic sites.
• Hands-on platform migrations: redirects, crawl validation, post-launch monitoring.
• Experience with e-commerce or transactional sites and large catalog URLs.
• Proficiency in Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Botify or Screaming Frog.
• Comfort creating JSON-LD schema and deploying structured data at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own crawl health, indexation, and Core Web Vitals across properties.
• Write and deliver SEO requirements for migrations and new builds.
• Manage redirects, sitemap hygiene, schema deployment, and meta tags.
• Collaborate with developers using HTML/CSS/JS for QA and specs.
• Lead AI tools usage in content workflow and ensure quality.
