Job summary

StarHub Ltd is seeking an Assistant Manager for Web Operations (AEM) to own the technical build and performance of the website within the Digital Business team. You will work with product, marketing, and tech partners to drive targeted page experiences, ensure accessibility and performance, and support campaign updates.

You will co-create templates, author pages, and campaigns in AEM, analyse data to drive improvements, and manage the authoring workflow from content entry to publishing.

• Strong ownership over website experience and outcomes.
• Team management and stakeholder engagement experience preferred.
• Ability to balance technical execution with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical build and performance of StarHub.com on AEM.
• Co-create templates, page structures, and user journeys with the Web Ops team.
• Analyze page metrics to optimize traffic, bounce, and conversions.
• Translate business goals into page structure and CTAs for conversion.
• Support A/B testing and personalisation initiatives and implement winning variants.
• Audit pages and recommend improvements based on performance.
• Publish and manage pages, components, and templates in AEM (Author/Publish).
• Manage authoring workflow, versioning, approvals, and publishing.
• Tag and organize assets in AEM DAM; coordinate with product and dev teams.
