Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific Pte Ltd seeks an AEM/Java Technical Lead to drive solution design and delivery for AEM-based projects. You will bridge business and technical teams, define requirements and architecture, and guide a cross-site engineering team through implementation, integration, and rollout.

Analysing requirements and translating them into SRS, backlogs, and detailed design documents, you will lead technical workshops and provide hands-on coding guidance when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with AEM 6.x and cloud AEM familiarity.
• Strong Java backend experience with Spring framework.
• Experience leading a technical team across multiple sites.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical design.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business and technical requirements; translate into SRS, backlogs, and design docs.
• Lead technical workshops for feature/module integration; provide hands-on guidance.
• Provide hands-on AEM and Java development leadership, architecture decisions, code review, debugging.
• Coordinate between business stakeholders and technical team; translate requirements both ways.
• Deliver integrations and system enhancements with client, offshore and onshore teams.
• Guide deployment, rollout, post-go-live stabilization, including checklists and documentation handover.
• Identify and elevate risks to schedule, cost, quality, or resourcing; escalate to leadership.
