Job summary

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of professional software development experience with Java.
• Experience designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems and microservices.
• Deep knowledge of Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate).
• Proven leadership mentoring engineering teams and driving technical excellence.
• Strong understanding of design patterns and SOLID principles.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design enterprise-scale Java applications with best practices and standards across teams.
• Lead development of complex software solutions with emphasis on quality, scalability, and maintainability.
• Mentor senior engineers and development teams to foster technical excellence.
