Job summary

Dell Technologies in Singapore is seeking an Advisor for Services Project-Program Management to plan, coordinate, and deliver major application and system releases while meeting cost, schedule, and quality objectives. You will lead cross-functional teams across applications, infrastructure, networks, and cybersecurity, manage risks, and maintain project plans, reporting, and governance.

Regional travel up to 50% and Singapore security clearances are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• PMP certification or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin; ability to obtain Singapore security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver major releases across applications, infrastructure, networks, and cybersecurity.
• Lead cross-functional programs and provide end-to-end project leadership.
• Develop project plans, manage risks, issues, dependencies, and expenditures, and ensure governance and reporting.
• Maintain accurate data in project management tools and ensure regulatory compliance.
