Job summary

DELL GLOBAL B.V. (SINGAPORE BRANCH) is seeking an Advisor, Services Project-Program Management to lead large-scale application and system releases across IT and security domains.

You will oversee cross-functional programs, translating business requirements into technology solutions, coordinating design, build, testing, deployment, and operational readiness while engaging stakeholders and teams to align with business goals. Regional travel up to 50% and Singapore security clearances required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field; PMP certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in customer-facing environments.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin with ability to obtain Singapore government security clearance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, stakeholder management and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized, execution-focused and detail-oriented with strong prioritization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (PivotTables and data analysis).

Advisor, Services Project-Program Management

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering major application and system releases, ensuring projects are completed within agreed cost, schedule, and quality objectives. Leads complex, cross-functional programs involving multiple business and technical teams. Provides end-to-end project leadership, translating business requirements into technology solutions and overseeing design, build, testing, deployment, and operational readiness activities. Builds strong relationships with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment with business goals. Manages projects across applications, infrastructure, networks, and cybersecurity domains. The role requires regional travel of up to 50% and the ability to obtain and maintain the relevant Singapore Government security clearances. Responsibilities may include managing sensitive or classified projects for government agencies, including the Ministry of Defence, GovTech, and other public sector organizations.

You will:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of large to medium-sized projects, including scope, budget, schedule, resources, customer engagement, project governance, and execution, ensuring successful outcomes within agreed objectives.


• Develop and maintain project plans, manage risks, issues, dependencies, and expenditures, and ensure timely completion of deliverables, milestones, and quality standards in alignment with project scope.


• Coordinate project and technical resources, oversee forecasting and revenue reporting, and ensure effective stakeholder communication through regular status updates, decision tracking, and governance processes.


• Maintain accurate project, resource, financial, and forecasting data within Dell project management tools, ensuring compliance with reporting and operational requirements.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field, with PMP certification or an equivalent qualification preferred.


• Minimum 5 years of project management experience with proven ability to deliver results in customer-facing environments.
