Job summary

You will lead agile pods, define backlog, collaborate with engineering and data science teams, and ensure user-centered design and AI-driven modernization across digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management or related roles, with a focus on supply chain, digital platforms, or enterprise systems.
• Domain Expertise: Proven experience in B2B and/or digital product management within supply chain or marketplace environments.
• Leadership: Ability to lead with empathy, strategic agility, and consensus-building across teams.
• Technical Fluency: Familiarity with MLOps, data science frameworks, agile product development, and design thinking.
• Analytical & Communication Skills: Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis with clear storytelling.
• Adaptability: Navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities with resilience.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy by leveraging new tools and technologies to simplify and modernize supply chain planning processes.
• Translate financial drivers and business priorities into actionable product decisions including backlog grooming and roadmap acceleration.
• Anticipate challenges and drive data-informed decisions for program success.
• Champion transformational change by modernizing supply chain workflows to achieve KPIs.
• Inspire and mentor a high-performing product development team and foster a culture of innovation and learning.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and proactive stakeholder engagement.
• Own the product backlog and release planning with alignment to priorities and feasibility.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams on architecture, velocity, and quality.
• Advocate for intuitive, user-centered design and accessibility across touchpoints.
• Stay current with emerging AI capabilities to build modernization concepts and use-cases.
• Leverage data analytics to measure success and tell impact stories.
• Define and track success metrics tied to business outcomes.
