Kantar, a leading AI-native marketing data and analytics business, seeks a Senior Director, Creative Solutions Lead & Client Partner in Singapore. You will lead a client-facing team, drive growth, and act as Creative leader for SEA, partnering with the commercial team to achieve financial targets.

You will shape marketing effectiveness outcomes, establish the firm as a trusted advisor, and oversee business delivery for key clients while expanding opportunities across creative spaces.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years’ experience in quantitative market research, either in an agency or a client-side environment.
• Ability to translate client business issues into actionable creative and analytic solutions.
• Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration and senior stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to drive business growth and deliver against commercial targets.
• Experience leading client engagements and workshops.
