Job summary

FACEBOOK SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an engineer to provide technical, engineering support to Meta’s Advertising partners, customers and clients globally.

You will join a global team of Business Support Engineers handling proactive and reactive support for partner issues and integrations across Meta’s Adtech stack. The role focuses on Ads products with cross-functional collaboration across Platform, Infrastructure, and AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• BS in CS or related field, or equivalent
• 5+ years in software or site reliability or support engineering
• Experience with REST APIs and cloud-based infra
• Experience with Python, PHP/Hack, JavaScript/React
• Knowledge of PyTorch and at least one LLM
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
• Experience with SQL data analysis

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive and reactive engineering support for partners
• Troubleshoot large-scale distributed systems and integrations
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate troubleshooting
• Build and deploy AI solutions from prototype to production
• Develop monitoring for partner integrations
• Provide 24/7 on-call support
• Collaborate with Platform and Infra teams
• Create documentation and presentations to explain AI concepts
• Drive end-to-end execution and mentor other engineers
