Qualifications

• Leading a team with at least 3 years in charge of staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan and administer admission exercises from application review to offer and enrolment.
• Process applications in line with policies and admission criteria.
• Review processes and propose enhancements for timely, accurate admissions.
• Monitor, analyse and report trends in admissions and course demand.
• Manage course streaming and transfer processes.
• Maintain understanding of admissions policies and coordinate with stakeholders and agencies.
• Oversee system enhancements, requirements gathering, UAT, and data verification.
• Deliver customer-centric services and procedures.
• Handle admissions-related enquiries and appeals.
