Kindle Kids International School Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Admissions Counsellor cum Admin Executive to guide applicants through the admissions process and support prospective students and families.

The role blends administrative responsibilities with student advising to ensure a smooth experience for all applications. The ideal candidate has experience in admissions for Singapore/Malaysian international schools or related adult courses, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of admissions or recruitment experience in Singapore international schools or similar settings.
• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with standard office software and database systems; multilingual ability a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide admissions guidance on programmes and requirements for prospective students and families.
• Process, review and track student applications and documentation accurately.
• Conduct admissions interviews in person or via virtual platforms to assess fit.
• Participate in evaluating applications and make admission recommendations.
• Assist admitted students with registration, transport coordination, uniforms and books, and other admin matters.
• Support outreach and recruitment events, open houses and college fairs.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions, status, and decisions.
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and visa processing and FPS filings.
• Provide reception desk support and excellent customer service to parents and visitors.
