Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a customer-focused course counsellor to engage prospective students and parents at our Clementi location. You will provide information about programs and help applicants navigate the enrolment process.

Responsibilities include counselling at the counter, following up sales leads by phone to set appointments with staff, and performing ad hoc duties as needed. Work hours are 8:30 am–5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with a 1‑hour unpaid break.

Responsibilities

• Provide course counselling services to prospective students and/or parents at the counter and ad-hoc recruitment events when necessary.
• Follow up with existing sales leads via phone with the aim of setting appointments for prospective students to speak to staff for programme clarification.
• Other adhoc duties assigned
