Job summary

A local contracting firm in Singapore is looking for an Administrative Officer to assist with monthly payroll processing and manage various insurance matters. The candidate should have at least 2 years of administrative experience and a diploma in Business Administration. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. This role requires a positive attitude and willingness to learn. You will also handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

  • Handle the purchase of Primary Care Plan (PCP) for eligible workers
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your immediate superior
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative role, preferably within the Administration & office support industry
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi task and priortise effectively
  • Good command of English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
  • Familiarity with basic HR and administrative processes and procedure
  • Positve work attitude and willing to learn
