SUTD seeks an administrative professional to support the Science, Mathematics and Technology (SMT) cluster in daily operations and engagement activities. You will assist with course administration, procurement processes, travel arrangements and events, partnering closely with faculty and committees.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in Office 365 and Zoom/Teams.

Science, Mathematics and Technology (SMT) clusterprovides our students with an engaging and hands-on learning experience to build a strong foundation in sciences, mathematics and technology. Our faculty continues to explore and research in the broader areas of science, mathematicsand technology that cut across disciplines and new pedagogy to enhance learning.
The candidate plays a key role in supporting the daily administrative and operational functionsof the Science, Mathematics and Technology cluster, ensuring smooth execution of both internal initiatives and external engagements.
Provide administrative and operational support for core courses, elective courses, and special programmes within the cluster.
Work closely with the assigned faculty members to support research group activities, including procurement processes, TEP applications and travel coordination, etc.
Support the administrative and operational functions of assigned committees.
Work alongside with Associate Programme Director to assist with the cluster’s self-financing programmes.
Providesupport for student-related, faculty-relatedevents and broadercluster activities.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.
At least a Bachelor's Degree.
Preferably 2-3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficient in Office 365 applications and virtual communication platforms, such asZoom and Microsoft Teams.
Someone who is detail-oriented and meticulous in execution.
A resourceful, self-driven andservice-oriented team player, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Capable of multitasking and performing effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
