Job summary

A leading construction company in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented administrative professional to support daily operations. Responsibilities include preparing documents, maintaining attendance records, managing personal protective equipment, and coordinating with suppliers. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Qualifications

  • Prior clerical or administrative experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing documents for despatch and ensuring proper record keeping.
  • Reporting and maintaining attendance records.
  • Handling of issuing PPE and office stationary.
  • Updating, organizing and filing office documentation accurately.
  • Answering phone calls and attending to inquiries.
  • Coordinating with delivery suppliers and receiving goods.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by Superior / Management.
