Job summary

Qualifications

• Professional Certificate in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with leadership skills.
• Proficient in MS-Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to multi-task, problem solving and meet deadlines.
• Prefer Chinese candidate with good communication (English & Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports, filings, schedules, HR matters, budgets, recruitment, answering phones/emails & company records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Support management with operational and administrative tasks plus other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
