Job summary

XPRESS GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a Telemarketer in Singapore to perform outbound calls to potential employers from agency leads and present the maid agency's services and promotions.

You will collect client requirements, qualify leads, and determine readiness to hire, with a focus on scheduling interviews and initiating applications where appropriate. This role requires clear communication and proactive follow-up in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience making outbound sales calls to potential clients.
• Ability to identify customer needs and preferences.
• Familiarity with maid agency promotions and services.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential employers from agency leads/database.
• Introduce the maid agency and current promotions.
• Ask about hiring intent and collect requirements (nationality, new/transfer helper, family, cooking, budget, start date).
• Qualify leads to determine enquiry status and readiness to apply.
