Job summary

Semco Maritime in Singapore is seeking an experienced Admin Assistant, Commissioning and Service to support our Project Engineering department. You will aid the Commissioning Manager to ensure smooth execution of commissioning activities from start to finish.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Permanent full-time position at Jurong East.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant qualification in a related field.
• Experience in a project management support role is a plus.
• Strong MS Excel and MS Access skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Commissioning Manager in tracking project tasks and deadlines.
• Handle the commissioning & service order process from quotations to invoicing.
• Prepare draft invoices and follow up with suppliers.
• Prepare paperwork for manpower mobilization including visas and inductions.
• Take meeting minutes and generate status reports for stakeholders.
• Support project managers and team with admin tasks as needed.
