Job Description

Position Title: Admin Assistant

Working Location: West - Tuas West Avenue (Nearest MRT: Tuas West)

Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday: 8.30am-6pm)

Salary Package: Up to SGD 2400 + AWS + Performance Bonus + Meal incentive

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

1. Support sales staff by issuing delivery orders and tax invoices.
2. Manage and route phone calls and inquiries.
3. Help prepare regular reports as scheduled.
4. Coordinate with senior management to prepare and handle documentation and requests.
5. Follow up with clients regarding payments.
6. Assist with the coordination of container trucking and handle documentation for incoming containers.
7. Offer general support to visitors.
8. Handle additional ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Minimum Requirements

1. Min. O level
2. Min. 1 year of working experience in related field
3. Training is provided for inexperienced candidates
4. Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
