Job summary

Prudential Services Asia seeks a forward-thinking Manager, Actuarial Data, Automation and AI to shape the Future Finance Program+. You will drive automation of actuarial reporting, analytics, and AI solutions, coordinating with Actuarial, Finance and Digital & Technology to deliver insights.

You will develop detailed plans, manage cross-functional teams, and define risk/test approaches while shaping an actuarial AI roadmap and scalable pilot initiatives.

Qualifications

• Qualified or near-qualified actuary, or strong actuarial credibility.
• 6+ years in actuarial reporting, analytics or BI roles.
• Experience in AI solution implementation is a plus.
• Proven ability to design end-to-end process flows with governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead actuarial data automation and AI initiatives within FFP+.
• Define test approaches, risk analysis and contingency plans.
• Manage cross-functional teams and project delivery with budgets.
• Develop an actuarial AI roadmap and coordinate pilots at scale.
