Job summary

Prudential Services Asia is seeking an experienced data analytics professional to lead health provider analytics initiatives. You will develop a roadmap, work with data science and data engineering teams, and translate business needs into actionable insights to improve health outcomes and customer experience.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and external partners, communicate findings with compelling visualizations, and stay ahead of trends to drive innovation within Prudential’s health

Qualifications

• Degree in data analytics, data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in data analytics, data science, or related role in insurance/health.
• Familiarity with end-to-end analytics solutions and best practices in coding and testing.
• Ability to translate business problems into analytics solutions and influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark and cloud-based analytics (Azure and Databricks).

Responsibilities

• Define and execute health analytics strategy and roadmap for preferred providers.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of health provider analytics, from dashboards to data interpretation.
• Collaborate with data science and data engineering teams to design data models and pipelines.
• Engage with stakeholders and partners to gather requirements and deliver insights.
• Present findings to senior management with clear visualizations and narratives.
• Stay current with health analytics trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support health claims recovery team by providing leads and monitoring recoveries.
