Job summary

ACCTON TECHNOLOGY SG PTE. LTD. is seeking an operations specialist to load/unload products with Active Alignment equipment and perform precise optical alignment.

You will follow SOPs, conduct FAI and in-process checks, and monitor power, coupling, and measurements. The role requires strict adherence to cleanroom, ESD, and laser safety and involves shift work. You will maintain production records, perform routine equipment inspections, support 5S practices, and assist in meeting production

Qualifications

• ITE and above
• Basic computer operation skills
• Detail-oriented, patient and responsible
• Good learning ability and strong teamwork spirit
• Willing to perform precision equipment operation, microscope inspection and repetitive tasks
• Able to operate equipment according to SOPs and interpret basic measurement results
• Able to comply with cleanroom, ESD, laser safety requirements and shift work arrangements

Responsibilities
