Job summary

PEOPLE PROFILERS PTE. LTD. is seeking dedicated staff to support our Active Ageing Hub in Singapore.

The role focuses on engaging seniors, coordinating volunteers, and delivering wellness and community outreach activities with a strong emphasis on safety and service quality. Responsibilities include planning programmes, assisting with attendance, managing records, supporting training for volunteers, and liaising with caregivers and community partners to improve health outcomes for elders.

Qualifications

• GCE O levels with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in healthcare settings is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Meticulous, well-organised, and reliable.
• Able to multi-task and manage stress.
• Outgoing personality; engage with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, encourage and inspire seniors to participate in programmes.
• Support outreach to attract more members to the centre.
• Assist home visits and community screening for seniors.
• Coordinate volunteers and screening processes.
• Assist in volunteer development and sustainability.
• Maintain good relationships with service providers and grassroots groups.
• Facilitate befriender-befriendee matching and monitor effectiveness.
• Arrange and conduct trainings for volunteers on communication, dementia and mental health awareness, chronic disease knowledge.
• Organize monthly/quarterly volunteer meetings.
• Assist in planning, implement and evaluate activities and wellness programmes and community outreach.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of centre.
• Cover centre base and interest group programmes as needed when trainer absent.
• Attend team meetings and other operational tasks.
