Our client is an international law firm looking to hire a associate/senior associate for their Banking & Finance team. You will work on cross-border transactions in a broad finance practice, such as structured finance, leveraged finance, acquisition finance and private credit funds. The partner works on some of the most high profile finance transactions across the region and it is a high-performing team. The firm is supportive of relocating strong candidates to the Singapore office.

Requirements:

• SG/UK Qualified, 1-7 PQE
• Strong Academic background
• You come from a top tier private practice ideally at an international law firm or a big 4 Singapore law firm.
• Strong experience in multi-jurisdictional banking and finance transactions
• You are commercially astute and have excellent communication skills
