Job summary

Sonder Consultants Singapore hires a senior Project Finance lawyer to advise sponsors, developers, lenders and investors on the financing and development of major energy, infrastructure and natural resources projects in Asia.

You will work with a highly regarded team, gain significant responsibility, and coordinate multi-jurisdictional workstreams on complex mandates within an international practice.

Qualifications

• 6 years' PQE at a leading international, U.S., UK or regional law firm.
• Experience advising on project finance, infrastructure finance, energy transactions and/or related financing matters.
• Strong drafting, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing complex transactions, coordinating multiple workstreams and taking significant responsibility for matters.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to build trusted relationships with sophisticated clients.
• Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary and cross-border teams.

The role offers exposure to sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions across Asia, with the opportunity to take significant responsibility and work closely with experienced partners on complex, high-value mandates.

Requirements

• 6 years' PQE gained at a leading international, U.S., UK or regional law firm.
