Stanley Park & Associates Pte. Ltd. is assisting a leading international law firm to grow its Banking & Finance / Debt Finance practice in Singapore. The role involves advising on sophisticated, high-value financing transactions and exposure to renowned partners across the Asia-Pacific region.

You will handle a wide range of debt financing matters, with PQE expectations of 3–8 years. England & Wales, Singapore, Australia qualified lawyers and relocation welcome are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3–8 years' PQE, although exceptional candidates outside this range may also be considered
• Strong Banking & Finance / Debt Finance experience gained with a reputable international or leading domestic law firm
• Exposure to high-quality and complex financing transactions
• Strong drafting, technical and transaction-management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management capabilities
• A collaborative approach and strong team orientation

Responsibilities

• Advising on a broad range of debt financing transactions as part of the busy finance practice
• Handling acquisition and leveraged finance, corporate and general banking matters
• Managing sponsor and borrower-side financing and cross-border transactions
• Supporting complex bilateral and syndicated financing matters and exposure to sophisticated clients

Job description

We are working with a leading international law firm that is looking to continue growing its highly regarded Banking & Finance / Debt Finance practice. The team advises on sophisticated, high-value financing transactions for an established international client base and offers lawyers the opportunity to work closely with highly regarded partners across Singapore and the wider Asia-Pacific region.

Role

You will work as part of a busy and collaborative finance practice advising on a broad range of debt financing transactions.

Depending on your experience, matters may include:

• Acquisition and leveraged finance
• Corporate and general banking
• Sponsor and borrower-side financing
• Cross-border financing transactions
• Private credit and alternative lending
• Other complex bilateral and syndicated financing matters

You will have direct exposure to sophisticated clients and significant transactions while working closely with experienced partners and colleagues across the firm's international network.

Requirements

• Approximately 3–8 years' PQE, although exceptional candidates outside this range may also be considered
• Strong Banking & Finance / Debt Finance experience gained with a reputable international or leading domestic law firm
• Exposure to high-quality and complex financing transactions
• Strong drafting, technical and transaction-management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management capabilities
