Job summary

NHG Health seeks an Sr Asst Manager to support the Rheumatology, Allergy and Immunology Academic Clinical Program (RAI ACP) at Tan Tock Seng Hospital. This role coordinates administrative operations, budget requests, and programme reporting to ensure seamless clinical, research and education activities.

The incumbent will liaise with NHG Health, LKCMedicine, APO and AHS to maintain compliance, manage communications and organize ACP meetings and conferences.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline is required.
• 2–4 years of working experience in healthcare or education is advantageous.
• Experience with academic faculty and laboratory management is advantageous.
• Proven project management and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Meticulous, well-organised, and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the RAI ACP.
• Coordinate annual workplan formulation and budget requests.
• Liaise with Academic Partnership Office for submissions.
• Track and present ACP deliverables and performance indicators.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and milestones.
• Support research and education programme reports for committees.
• Coordinate compliance with NHG Health and LKCMedicine policies.
• Secretariat support for ACP meetings and events.
• Coordinate ACP communications, engagement activities, and conferences.
• Ensure ACP activities comply with policies and governance.
