Job summary

D-TEAM ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a driven T&C Engineer to lead Testing & Commissioning activities for ACMV projects. You will supervise site activities, review drawings, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with design intent and local codes.

You should have at least 5 years’ hands-on ACMV T&C experience, a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Engineering, and strong communication skills to coordinate with subcontractors and clients. Singaporean/PR preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of related ACMV Testing & Commissioning experience.
• Hands-on experience with chillers, AHUs, FCUs and related systems.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of ACMV systems, heat load calculations, and codes.
• Proficient in AutoCAD/shop drawing tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support ACMV project tasks with a focus on Testing & Commissioning.
• Drive technical execution, site supervision, and drawing review.
• Prepare work schedules, material plans, and requisitions; monitor delivery.
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure installations meet ACMV specs and codes.
• Oversee T&C activities including system verification, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and site supervisors to resolve issues.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and documentation; input on cost/resource tracking.
• Report to Senior Engineer / Project Manager.

We are seeking a highly motivated Engineers to join our team and contribute to our mission of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support ACMV project tasks with a strong focus on Testing & Commissioning (T&C).


• Drive technical execution, site supervision, and drawing review to ensure compliance with design intent.


• Prepare and manage work schedules, material plans, and requisitions; monitor delivery and usage.


• Conduct thorough daily inspections and ensure installations meet ACMV specifications and local codes.


• Oversee and execute T&C activities including system performance verification, troubleshooting, and reporting.


• Liaise effectively with subcontractors, consultants, and site supervisors to resolve technical and coordination issues.


• Prepare accurate daily/weekly reports, documentation, and inspection records.


• Provide input on cost estimation and resource tracking.


• Report directly to the Senior Engineer / Project Manager.

Qualifications:

• Proven hands-on experience in ACMV Testing & Commissioning (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation fans, and related systems).


• At least 5 years of related industry experiences and in Testing & Commissioning


• Singaporean / PR preferred


• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.


• Strong technical knowledge of ACMV systems, equipment sizing, heat load calculations, and compliance with ASHRAE, Singapore building codes, and Green Mark standards.


• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD/shop drawing tools.


• Excellent communication and coordination skills; able to manage multiple stakeholders under tight timelines.


• Proactive, self-driven, and capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.


• Willingness to work extended hours when required to meet project milestones.
