Job summary

LEE TECH ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced ACMV Project Engineer to manage site execution, MEP coordination, and testing & commissioning for ongoing ACMV projects.

You will liaise with contractors, consultants, and sub-contractors to deliver high-quality systems on schedule and in compliance with local codes. The role requires a mechanical engineering degree or diploma, 2–4 years of local ACMV site experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, and familiarity with BIM/Revit.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of local site ACMV installation experience in Singapore.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; BIM/Revit familiarity is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site installation of ductwork, piping, AHUs, FCUs, chillers, and ventilation systems.
• Review MEP shop drawings and specs; resolve spatial clashes using BIM/AutoCAD.
• Prepare MAS, MOS, and RAMS; monitor site progress and QA.
• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, and sub-contractors.
• Lead T&C activities including balancing and fire alarm checks.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive ACMV Project Engineer to manage site execution, MEP coordination, and testing& commissioning (T&C) for our ongoing projects. You will work closely with main contractors, consultants, and sub-contractors to deliver high-quality ACMV systems on schedule and in compliance with local statutory codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee site installation of ductwork, chilled water piping, AHUs, FCUs, chillers, and mechanical ventilation systems.
• Review MEP shop drawings, technical specifications, and resolve spatial clashes using BIM/AutoCAD alongside the drafting team.
• Prepare and track Material Approval Submissions (MAS), Method Statements (MOS), and Risk Assessments (RAMS).
• Manage sub-contractor progress, site inspections, and resolve daily on-site technical issues.
• Lead Testing & Commissioning (T&C) activities—including air/water balancing, pressure testing, and fire alarm integration checks for RI (Registered Inspector) and TOP handovers.
• Assist the Project Manager with site progress monitoring, variation orders (VOs), and monthly payment valuations.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2–4 years of local site experience in ACMV installation projects in Singapore.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; working familiarity with BIM/Revit is an advantage.
• Strong communication, site problem-solving, and coordination skills.
