Job summary

ELITEZ & ASSOCIATES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced project manager to lead ACMV data centre projects from planning to handover. The role requires engineering qualifications and several years of M&E/ACMV experience, including large-scale data centre installations.

The successful candidate will supervise engineers, site supervisors, subcontractors and suppliers, coordinating with clients and consultants to ensure on-time delivery and strict adherence to quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering is required.
• Strong several years of experience in M&E/ACMV construction projects.
• Experience in large-scale ACMV installation projects, preferably for data centres.

Responsibilities

• Manage ACMV data centre projects from planning, installation, testing & commissioning through to final handover.
• Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower, procurement and site activities.
• Supervise and coordinate project engineers, site supervisors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed on time.
• Identify and resolve project issues, delays and technical challenges.
• Attend project meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Ensure all works meet project specifications, quality and safety requirements.

Salary Range: $10,000 - $15,000
