Job summary

Align Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking an ACMV Project Engineer in Singapore to manage mechanical services projects. The role offers a monthly salary up to SGD 6,000 plus a performance bonus, with a 5.5-day work week and potential weekend work when necessary. Office location Loyang Cres, with possible out-of-office assignments.

You will lead project activities, coordinate teams and stakeholders, ensure safety and cost control, and contribute to proposals and tender submissions.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Working experience ACMV industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all project activities, teams, and site operations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, landlords, consultants and clients.
• Prepare and review safety paperwork, risk assessments and permits.
• Assist projects from pre-contract to completion within scope, budget and timeline.
• Review contracts, specs and tenders focusing on cost negotiation.
• Monitor budget, variations, payments, and project costing.
• Develop technical proposals, tender submissions and supplier quotes.
• Attend client and consultant meetings to discuss issues and progress.

Salary: up $6000 + Performance Bonus
Working Day: 5.5 Days (Alt Sat) (may require to work on weekends when necessary)
Working Hour: 9am - 6pm | 9am - 1pm
Working Location (office): Loyang Cres
(may be required to be station out of office)

Job Responsibilities:

• Efficient execution, oversee all project activities, teams, and site operations.
• Effectively coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, landlords, consultants, and clients.
• Create and evaluate project safety paperwork, risk assessments, and permits.
• Assist with projects from pre-contract to completion while adhering to scope, budget, and timeline specifications.
• Examine contracts, specifications, and tenders with a particular emphasis on cost negotiation.
• Keep an eye on budget control, variation work, progress payments, and project costing.
• Create technical proposals, tender submissions, supplier quotes, and project plans.
• Attend customer and consultant meetings to discuss problems and monitor developments.
