Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore seeks a Mechanical Project Manager to support and coordinate ACMV/Mechanical works for construction projects. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of managerial experience with an M&E contractor and hold a diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering. Responsibilities include managing work schedules, preparing progress reports, and ensuring compliance with design codes. This position requires a commitment to a 5.5-days workweek.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience with an M&E Contractor in a Managerial capacity.
• Comfortable with a 5.5-Days Workweek.
• Advanced knowledge of local code of practice of design implementation.

Responsibilities

• Support, manage and coordinate ACMV/Mechanical works for building/industrial construction projects.
• Plan, develop, and manage work schedules to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Prepare progress reports for clients and project managers, detailing delays, defects, and necessary rectification measures.

Job description

• Report on progress and arrange site inspections with contractors, subcontractors, and clerk-of-works.
