Job summary

A well-established M&E Contractor MNC is looking for a Mechanical Manager to lead and coordinate Mechanical works in building construction projects. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or a relevant discipline. The candidate will manage work schedules, prepare progress reports, and provide technical guidance to ensure projects are completed on time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with an M&E Contractor.
• Basic knowledge of Project execution processes.
• Advanced knowledge of local code of practice of design implementation.
• Advanced knowledge of local code of practice of design implementation.
• Local construction knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Mechanical works for building construction projects.
• Plan and manage work schedules to ensure timely task completion.
• Prepare progress reports detailing delays and necessary rectification measures.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve Mechanical-related issues efficiently.
• Report on Mechanical progress and arrange site inspections with contractors, subcontractors and clerk-of-works.
