Stafflink Services Pte Ltd is seeking an ACMV Engineer for project and technical coordination on-site at Macpherson. You will interpret contract specs, assist in ACMV works from design through testing, and coordinate with trades and stakeholders to resolve issues.
Responsibilities cover ACMV calculations, equipment sizing (FCU/AHU), ductwork and chilled-water piping, plus preparing method statements, shop drawings and commissioning support. Willingness to work Saturdays when required.

Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 6pm

Interpret contract specifications, technical drawings and client requirements to support project execution.
Assist in coordinating ACMV works from design and installation through to testing and commissioning.
Coordinate ACMV installation activities with architectural, electrical, plumbing and other building services trades.
Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, consultants and other project stakeholders to resolve technical and coordination issues.
Perform ACMV performance and static pressure calculations.
Assist with kitchen hood selection and exhaust system calculations.
Carry out staircase pressurization calculations and related technical assessments.
Assist with the sizing and selection of FCUs, AHUs, ductwork and chilled-water piping.
Support technical reviews and provide engineering solutions to site-related issues.
Prepare and review ACMV method statements, shop drawings and inspection checklists.
Assist in preparing technical submissions for Variation Orders, damage claims and abortive works.
Ensure technical documentation is prepared accurately and in accordance with project requirements.
Support the preparation and updating of as-built drawings.
Assist with testing, adjusting, balancing and commissioning of ACMV systems.
Support troubleshooting and rectification works during testing and commissioning.
Coordinate with relevant project teams to ensure ACMV systems meet required performance standards.
Minimum Nitec in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
