ACMV Project Engineer – Renovations & Site Coordination

Job summary

MAXHUNT RESOURCE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced ACMV Site Coordinator to manage and coordinate ACMV works for A&A and renovation projects from commencement to completion.

You will conduct site inspections, measure conditions, and liaise with main contractors, consultants and other trades on ACMV installation and modification works. The role requires a diploma/degree in Mechanical Engineering, at least 3 years of ACMV experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant ACMV experience.
• A&A / renovation project experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with an ACMV / M&E subcontractor will be an advantage.
• Able to read and interpret ACMV drawings, shop drawings and specifications.
• Experience in site coordination, testing & commissioning and defect rectification.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Good technical, communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and handle site issues effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise ACMV installation, modification and replacement works according to approved drawings and project requirements.
• Review and coordinate shop drawings, material submissions, method statements and as-built drawings.
• Monitor site progress, manpower, materials and work schedules to ensure works are completed on time.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues arising from existing ACMV systems and site conditions.
• Coordinate ACMV works around existing structures, services and operating facilities.
• Arrange and attend site inspections, testing and commissioning.
• Prepare site reports, measurements, progress updates and project documentation.
• Assist with variation orders, measurements and progress claims.
• Coordinate defect rectification and ensure ACMV works are completed to the required standard.
• Liaise with suppliers and site teams to ensure timely delivery of ACMV equipment and materials.
