Job summary

Oneness M&C Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced ACMV Site Coordinator to manage and coordinate ACMV works for A&A and renovation projects from start to finish. You will conduct site inspections, coordinate with main contractors and consultants, and supervise installation, testing and commissioning.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of 3 years of ACMV experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is essential, with strong communication and independent

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant ACMV experience.
• A&A/renovation project experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with an ACMV/M&E subcontractor is an advantage.
• Able to read and interpret ACMV drawings, shop drawings and specifications.
• Experience in site coordination, testing & commissioning and defect rectification.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Good technical, communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and handle site issues effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise ACMV installation, modification and replacement works according to approved drawings and project requirements.
• Review and coordinate shop drawings, material submissions, method statements and as-built drawings.
• Monitor site progress, manpower, materials and work schedules to ensure works are completed on time.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues arising from existing ACMV systems and site conditions.
• Coordinate ACMV works around existing structures, services and operating facilities.
• Arrange and attend site inspections, testing and commissioning.
• Prepare site reports, measurements, progress updates and project documentation.
• Assist with variation orders, measurements and progress claims.
• Coordinate defect rectification and ensure ACMV works are completed to the required standard.
• Liaise with suppliers and site teams to ensure timely delivery of ACMV equipment and materials.
