Job summary

EXPEDITE AIR CONDITIONING & ELECTRICAL PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a project engineer to lead ACMV systems assignments across sites, coordinating with clients and consultants.

You will manage sub-contract works, assist site administration, and contribute to cost control and budgeting for Design and Build tenders.

This role requires a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, at least 3 years of ACMV experience, and strong coordination and leadership skills, with proficiency in AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of ACMV experience.
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD drawings is required.
• Strong coordination and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage in project engineering of ACMV Systems.
• Manage and lead co-ordination of assigned projects/site & facilities;
• Liaise with clients and consultants on projects;
• Co-ordinate sub-contract works;
• Assist in site administration;
• Cost management of projects to be within budget;
• Preliminary design and budgeting for Design and Build tenders;
• Any other tasks assigned by the management.
