Job summary

Quest Technology (S) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a project coordinator with hands-on site experience to support the Project Manager in monitoring progress and coordinating with contractors.

The role emphasizes mechanical engineering knowledge, ACMV/HVAC/cleanroom exposure, and strong organizational skills. The candidate should have construction site experience, be able to interpret drawings for tradesmen, and maintain regular project status reports.

Qualifications

• ITE, Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant discipline.
• Experience in handling ACMV/HVAC/Cleanroom/M&E projects is a huge plus.
• Construction site experience is required.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to communicate across levels.
• WSH certification is a plus (CSOC, BCSS or related).

Responsibilities

• Assists and supports the Project Manager in monitoring project progress.
• Executes contracts or installations and coordinates with contractors.
• Organizes field work and subcontractors for timely delivery.
• Interprets drawings for tradesmen and reviews deliverables.
• Produces regular project status reports and communicates with teams.
