Job summary

ENGIE Southeast Asia is seeking a seasoned ACMV Facilities Engineer to oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of ACMV systems across our facilities in Singapore. You will ensure reliable operation of chillers, chilled water, DX units, ventilation, clean rooms, and BMS, while coordinating with clients and teams.

You will lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and rectification of faults; monitor schedules; prepare technical reports; and drive energy efficiency improvements in line with

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in ACMV systems and facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of ACMV maintenance and operation.
• Familiar with local regulations and ASHRAE standards.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong safety mindset and commitment to Workplace Safety & Health practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of ACMV systems (chillers, chilled water, DX units, MV, clean rooms, BMS).
• Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and rectification of ACMV faults and breakdowns.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth operations and timely maintenance.
• Monitor maintenance schedules, prepare technical reports, ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Drive operational improvements and energy efficiency initiatives.

• Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and rectification of ACMV faults and breakdowns.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth facility operations and timely completion of maintenance works.
• Monitor maintenance schedules, prepare technical reports, and ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
• Drive operational improvements and energy efficiency initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ACMV systems and Facilities Management.
• Strong knowledge of ACMV maintenance, troubleshooting, and system operations.
• Familiar with local regulations and industry standards (e.g. ASHRAE).
• Good communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
