The role requires coordinating technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure ACMV project requirements are delivered on time, within budget, and per specifications. The position involves hands-on testing and commissioning of ACMV systems such as chilled water, AHUs, FCUs, VRV systems, and BMS.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of ACMV project experience.
• Knowledge of testing, commissioning, and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure ACMV project requirements are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
• Support hands-on testing and commissioning of ACMV systems, including chilled water systems, AHUs, FCUs, VRV systems, mechanical ventilation systems, and BMS
• Liaise with clients and suppliers on project schedules, material deliveries, and submission of project documentation such as PTW, SWP, RA, and MOS
• Monitor equipment operations and prepare project progress reports, maintenance reports, and payment claims
• Support site activities and respond to projector operational matters outside regular working hours when required
